Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to all services sold by Aguiar Solutions LLC ("we," "us") and its brands, including Front Step Co. and Boston Hydration. By booking or paying for a service, you agree to these terms.
Services and pricing
Service descriptions and prices are listed on our website and in written quotes. Prices are in US dollars. Package contents are approximate; pumpkin, plant, and décor varieties may vary with seasonal availability, and we will substitute items of similar size and value when needed.
Payment
Unless a written quote states otherwise, payment is due in full at the time of booking to reserve your date. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Scheduling and access
We will confirm your service date and provide an arrival window. You do not need to be home for porch installs, but the work area must be safely accessible. If we cannot access the property, we will contact you to reschedule.
Natural products
Seasonal décor includes natural products whose appearance and lifespan depend on weather, sun, and wildlife. We will advise on care, but we do not guarantee how long natural products will last.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own the property or have permission to have services performed there, and that you will let us know about any HOA rules, hazards, or access restrictions.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Photos
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and marketing. We never publish house numbers, street names, or personal details, and you may opt out at any time by contacting us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last updated.
